Hot Herbal Foot Bath Remedy

Herbs integrates very much in Asoke's everyday life from treatment of ailments to daily bath. This picture was taken at a small health retreat in Asoke village. It is ran by a lecturer from the Ubon university who has been researching on the treatment of kidney stones using herbal remedy.

These are her clients from Bangkok who have come here to seek a holistic way of body cleansing. From the left is an American lady who has been teaching in Bangkok.

Next to her is a Taiwanese lady who has been living in Thailand and she speaks fluent Thai and Mandarain. Her friend who works as a lecturer in Spanish from the Chulalongkong University claimed that she never eats vegetables and survived on junk food while growing up. It was only after attending a health conference by the Asoke, it came into light to her the importance of the healthy living.

The nun with the beautiful smile is Nun Sekaman Chin who was just there to join the fun. Mind you , she is over sixty years old but look like still in her thirties.
