"Se-ren-tham"

The more commonly used greetings in Asoke is "se-ren-tham" instead of the usual "swas-wa-di-ka". "Se-ren-tham" means "Be good". With a warm smile and pressed palms, it is a greeter's heart-felt self-affirmation, that being a good person is the way to fulfillment in life.

She is a member of the kitchen team and in-charged of salad. Her duty every morning is to harvest fresh greens from the farm and prepare that into this amazing salad bowl which makes the center piece of the breakfast table. The crunchy lettuce leaves are still dripping with the morning dew.
